Juice Filling Machine
Lonhon QGF series juice filling machine combines rinse, filling and capping together. The design is based on the advance International technology and own many years of experience. After considering lots of customers’ feedback, the machine adopts suspended bottle catcher technology which allows it to fill with different type of bottles by simply and easily change the bottle catcher. It can be either used to fill the purified and mineral water under ambient temperature, or used to fill the hot liquid (juice or tea) by change of a few accessories.
1) Feature
- The juice filling machine is used to fill PET heat-resistant bottle for fruit tea, juice and other high-temperature juice.
- The core parts of machine employs PLC+, frequency convertor+ and human-machine interface control technology
- The machine can be connected with UHT, CIP control center and bottle-invert sterilizer
- The machine structure is reasonable and firm, the running state is stable
- The suspension bottle neck catcher allows the machine change the bottle type easily
- Safe protective devices ensure safety of operator and machine
- Magnetic torsion type screw capper ensures the tightness of the cap and avoids bottle damage
- The module of screw capper ensures the tightness of the cap and avoids bottle damage
- Slight negative-pressure gravity circumfluence filling system increases juice filling accuracy and reduces contamination
- Unique control mechanism keeps circumfluence volume below 5%
- Airtight valve made of non-plastic material prevents worn-out particles from dropping into bottles adversely affecting product quality
- High efficient clean air filter circulation system ensures high sanitary requirements
- Low overall machines noise that is comparable to any internationally known equipments in its class
- Self-lubricationg system imported from America provides continuous smooth operation
